Africa Gorilla Tours – The safari in Uganda will allow you to see both the sunrise and sunset every day at no cost. You will also have the opportunity to see various attractions such as gorillas, chimpanzees, the beautiful landscape of Uganda, and its lush green pastures. Additionally, you will encounter a range of wildlife in Uganda’s national parks.

This Safari, which is called the “pearl of Africa,” lets you visit different national parks. In these parks, you can see different ecosystems and beautiful sights. The parks are Murchison Falls Park, Kibale Forest Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Bwindi Impenetrable Park, and Lake Mburo Park. The Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary is a place where you can go to see rhinos. It is a park that you can visit before going to Murchison Falls Africa Gorilla Tours.

Touring Uganda

Day 1: Drive to Sheraton Kampala - Africa Gorilla Tours

When you arrive in Entebbe, a knowledgeable safari tour guide from JM Jungle Safaris will meet you and take you by car to Kampala. You will need more than one or two hours to reach the city with this.
When you finish eating, you will go to the city to see some interesting places like museums, the Kabaka Tombs, the Namugongo Martyrs’ Shrine, and the Ndeere Cultural Center.

You will go to the Sheraton hotel where you can relax, have dinner, and get ready for the next day.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

When you finish eating breakfast, you will go to one of the largest national parks in Uganda.
It will take you more than six hours to get to the park.
You will visit the Ziwa rhinos in Nakasongola on your way to the park to see the rhinos.

Exploring Karuma falls, you will move ahead and reach Murchison falls. At the park entrance, you will be registered and guided to the lodge where you will stay overnight.

Day 3: Camping at the Top of the falls Africa Gorilla Tours

If you eat your breakfast, you will take a ride in the park during the morning to see different animals. You might see waterbucks, giraffes, lions, and leopards, among others.
Afterwards, you will walk up to the waterfalls and view them from above. We will have lunch at the Pakuba lodge.

You will go on a boat tour where you can see many different animals like hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and more. After you go back to the lodge, you can relax, have dinner, and prepare for the next day.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Finish eating breakfast, you will start your trip to Kibale National Park. On the way, you will drive through the Albert Rift Valley and get to see Lake Albert. It will take you more than 7 hours to get to the park.

The Mabeera ga Nyinamwiru in the Fort Portal district is a place where you can visit on your way and see the breasts that produce milky liquid. After you finish eating your meal, you go to the park.

When you get to the park, go to the entrance and check-in. They will tell you where to go for your overnight stay, which is the lodge. After you finish eating dinner, you will relax and prepare for the next day because you will be very tired.

Day 5: Chimp Trekking in National Park - Africa Gorilla Tours

A filling breakfast, a guide who knows a lot about the park will take you to the park’s office at 7 am. There, they will tell you about the rules for looking for chimpanzees.
You will begin your walk in the park from there at 8 am.
Once you enter the park, you will begin searching for the chimpanzee families. Once you get the pictures, you will have more than one hour to be with the chimpanzees.
If you come back, you will have lunch at the lodge, relax, and get ready for an evening stroll in the Bigodi Nature Reserve where you will meet and talk to people who live there.
When talking to the women, you can see how they manage to make enough money to cover their expenses and the actions they take to earn income.
You will go back to the lodge. You will have dinner and then rest so that you can prepare for the next day.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elisabeth National Park

Eat your breakfast, you will leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park.
You may need to spend anywhere from two to thirty hours to go to the park.
You will be greeted at the entrance of the park and taken to the lodge where you will stay overnight.

Then, you can relax and prepare for the afternoon safari. During your game drive, you will see many different animals, such as leopards, lions, bush babies, hyenas, and elephants. After that, you will go back to your accommodation, have dinner, and then relax to get ready for the next day.

Day 7: Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

In the early morning after you eat breakfast, a guide will come and take you to the park for a tour. You will see many different animals, such as elephants, lions, leopards, and waterbucks. After you arrive at the lodge, you will have lunch and then relax before going on a boat ride in the afternoon on the Kazinga Channel. You will get to see lots of different animals, like crocodiles, hippos, and elephants.

Day 8: Kyambura Gorge and Tree Climbing Lion

Once you finish having tea in the morning, you will go to the Queen Elizabeth in Kyambura Gorge to search for chimpanzees. At the main office of the park, there will be a meeting to talk about the rules for going on a walk to see chimpanzees before the walk starts at 7 a. m When you get to the park at 8 am, you will start walking to look for the chimpanzees. When you complete the task, you will get more than one hour to hang out with the chimpanzees.

Next, as you prepare for your nighttime excursion, you will go to the ishasha sector to observe lions that climb trees. After that, you will go to the lodge to have lunch. When you see the lions, you’ll take photos. When you go back to the lodge, you’ll have dinner and relax before the next day.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi - Africa Gorilla Tours

Your journey to Lake Bunyonyi will take longer than 4 hours from the park once you have finished your morning tea. When you arrive, someone will confirm your arrival and then inform you where to go—the lodge—to stay for the night.

After you eat lunch, you will go on a boat ride in the afternoon. During the ride, you can see many different animals and birds, such as the black heron, woodpeckers, and golden black weavers, just to name a few. You can choose to go to the island where Bakiga girls who were pregnant were sent as a punishment. Will go back to the place where you are staying to have dinner and some sleep to get ready for the next day.

Day 10: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park- Africa Gorilla Tours

You will go to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park after eating. You will be welcomed when you arrive at the park entrance and shown to the lodge where you will spend the night after checking in. Have lunch, relax, and prepare for an evening walk in a Batwa community. There, you will meet the locals and have the chance to learn about their way of life and how they achieve their goals.

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking - Africa Gorilla Tours

You will wake up to the pleasant songs of the birds, and once you’re ready for the day, get a cup of coffee. Next, once your guide picks you up, they will take you to the administrative building of the park. There, they will give you important information and instructions about gorilla trekking.

Once you are split into groups of eight, you will go into the park to start your journey. After obtaining the primates, you will have ample time to have fun with them and capture pictures. You will go to the park office, where you can talk to a guide and get a certificate before going back to the lodge to relax. Sleep for the whole night.

Day 12: Travel to Mgahinga National Park

Finish drinking your morning tea, you will start your journey to Mgahinga National Park. The trip will take longer than 3 hours from Bwindi. When you arrive at the park, you need to check in. After that, someone will tell you where to go to stay overnight. The place to stay is called the lodge. Relax, have lunch, and prepare yourself, you will go to Lake Mutanda for a boat trip on the lake. Once you eat dinner at the lodge, you will go back and relax.

Day 13: Batwa Trail Experience - Africa Gorilla Tours

Drink your morning tea, you will begin your journey and go on a batwa trail experience, which means you will hike through the woods. It is suggested that you bring your own water bottle and packed lunch. After you eat lunch, your local guide will take you to meet the Batwa people. You can have fun playing jazz with them and watch their entertainment.

They will show you traditional items like medicinal herbs, bows, and arrows. Once you return to your lodge, you will have dinner and then go to bed for the night.

Day 14: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

On this day, you will get out of bed, have your morning meal, and then head to Lake Mburo. It will take you over 5 hours to get from Mgahinga to the park.
Take a break in Mbarara while going to the park to have lunch. As you keep going, you will finally reach the park. When you get there, they will make sure you are registered. Then, you can relax before going on a safari in the evening to see different animals, like zebras. After you come back home, you will have dinner and relax at the lodge.

Day 15: Horseback riding and an afternoon boat

On the second to last day of your trip, you will wake up early, have some tea, and go to the park to ride horses. This is really cool and lovely because you will see lots of different animals while you ride, like giraffes, impalas, and antelopes, and more.
It will take around two hours for you to finish this.
Get to the lodge and have lunch before getting ready for an evening boat ride at Rwonyo.

During your boat tours, you will get to see different animals like crocodiles, hippos, and buffalo. Afterward, you can go back to the lodge to have food and take a rest.

Day 16: Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Entebbe

Because this is your final day of travel, you will rise early, have your morning tea, and then set out for Kampala. Journey will include a stop at the Igongo Cultural Center, one of Biharwe’s cultural centers. At this location, you will eat lunch before continuing on your journey and eventually arriving in Kampala.
