Tanzania Tour Overview
Discover one of the few remaining untouched areas of the world by going on a safari in Tanzania’s Selous Game Reserve. After that, go to Zanzibar and stay there for seven nights near the Indian Ocean.
Tanzania has seven special places that are very important and recognized by a special organization called UNESCO. One of these places is the Selous Game Reserve. This large area of untouched land is a beautiful home to many animals and plants. The Selous Game Reserve has more than 350 different types of birds and one-third of all the wild dogs in the world live there. Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania Tour
Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport. We will take you to the Serena Hotel and you can stay there for the night.
Day 2: Visit Serous Game Reserve - Tanzania Tour
An airplane trip that leaves early in the morning from Dar es Salaam to Mtemere Airstrip in the Selous Game Reserve. Your guide will say hello and bring you to your fancy tent camp where you will talk with the camp manager about what you will be doing for the next few days. Next, you will enjoy a tasty lunch before going to Selous for your safari adventures.
Stay at The Rufiji River Lodge overnight. It is a fancy tented camp that sits on a tall bank, providing a great view of the Rufiji River. This camp is located in a far-off area of the Selous Game Reserve.

Day 3 - 5: Serous Game Reserve - Tanzania Tour
Selous Game Reserve is a place named after a famous explorer, Frederick Selous. They have long game drives that last the whole day. The Selous Game Reserve is a big place in Africa where wildlife is protected. It is as big as Switzerland and is very clean and untouched by people. The United Nations says it is very special and important. This place has the most big animals in the world, like elephants and buffalo. There are many animals like wildebeest, eland, giraffe, waterbuck, zebra, impala, hippo, leopard, and lion that live there.
There are about 350 types of birds. The Rufiji River and smaller rivers flow through the park, making hills, flat areas covered with grass, and rocky areas.
You can go on game drives, walking tours, and a boat trip on the Rufiji River. During these activities, you can see crocodiles, hippos, and animals eating grass. We will create and customize a program just for you, based on what you need.
You get to have dinner and stay overnight at Rufiji River Lodge in Selous Game Reserve for three times.

Day 6: Transfer to Zanzibar - Tanzania Tour
Go back to Mtemere Airstrip after you eat breakfast for your quick flight to Zanzibar. Go to the Blue Bay Beach and Resort. You will stay in one of their special rooms with a view of the sea.
The price you pay includes both breakfast and dinner.
You can also stay at a wonderful place called Matemwe Lodge, which was previously known as Matemwe Bungalows, located by Matemwe Beach.

Day 7-9: Zanzibar - Tanzania
Take it easy and have fun at Zanzibar’s beaches. Enjoy the Zanzibar Beached as you relaxe under the Sunshine .The cost you pay covers both breakfast and dinner.
Day 10: Stone Town -Tanzania Tour
Go to Stonetown after eating breakfast. During our journey, we will participate in the famous Spice Tour. We made a special Spice Tour that tells you a lot about spices and herbs. We also talk about how people use them in medicine, cosmetics, and cooking. Come and join us for a fancy lunch at a restaurant in the spice plantations after the tour. You can try out the different spices and fruits.
You don’t have anything to do later in the day.
Stay in a hotel in Stone Town for the night.
Day 11- 12: Zanzibar Town and Depart - Tanzania Tour
During our morning Stone Town Tour, we will guide you around the historical Stone Town. This tour will take you to visit the famous Stone Town, where it feels like time has stood still. This is a very interesting exploration of the heart of Zanzibar. You will get to see the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People’s Palace), and the Arab Fort, among other places.
If you visit Zanzibar, you can see a busy market, small streets that twist and turn, fancy doors with carved designs and decorations, two churches, and lots of mosques.
You can do whatever you want during the afternoons.
Stay in a hotel in Stone Town for one night. The cost of breakfast is already covered in the price.

Go to Zanzibar Airport to catch your departing flight.
