Africa Luxury Safari Overview
This trip is perfect for families with kids who are 8 years old or older. It includes staying at very special places. You will go on a safari in Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti. Finally, you will finish your trip in Zanzibar, where you can enjoy a relaxing time at the beach.
The plan includes visiting famous places in Tanzania and staying in places that have lots of things for children to do. This trip includes seeing the Big Five and the Great Migration, as well as enjoying Zanzibar’s beautiful Indian Ocean coastline.
The well-known Great Migration river crossings happen in the northern part of the Serengeti from July to October. During this time, large groups of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles courageously cross the park’s waters, which are filled with crocodiles. Day 1-2: Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara - Africa Luxury Safari
You will come to Kilimanjaro International Airport for a special VIP meeting on the first day of your trip. After that, you will fly to Lake Manyara Airport (takes 50 minutes), where your own guide will welcome you. This guide and safari vehicle are only for you. You will go on your first animal-watching ride in Lake Manyara National Park on your way to your hotel. After reaching Gibb’s Farm, you can relax in your garden cottage. This building made of wood and stone is located on the farm’s property.
It has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a nice porch just for you. At Gibb’s, there’s a comfortable sitting area, an outdoor dining area, and lovely gardens to discover. On the second day, you’ll have a fun safari in the Ngorongoro Crater. Children will be very excited as they try to find and see all the animals. There are also other things you can do like visiting farms, walking in the forest, and going to the village.

With the full-board package, you can enjoy private game drives in Lake Manyara National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In addition, there is a laundry service available to clean your clothes.
The Serengeti National Park is found in Tanzania and it takes around 3 to 6 days to visit.
Day 3-6: Serengeti National Park - Africa Luxury Safari
On the third day of your trip, you will go back to Lake Manyara Airport and take a flight to Kogatende Airstrip in the Serengeti, which will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will travel on a shared road to Lamai Serengeti. From there, you will go on trips to explore the famous national park and see many different types of animals. Your accommodation will be in a regular room, but you can request a family room if needed.
The expectations are very high at this place, and every room has its own private outdoor area. The camp has nice lounges where you can relax and a clean swimming pool that shines. During your visit, you will have many chances to participate in guided animal-viewing trips in the North Serengeti. This place is a great place for a safari all year round, except in April and May when the camp is closed.
During this time, the Great Migration happens. Many animals like wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles cross rivers in search of food. They have to move quickly through fast-moving water. There are many dangerous animals and also many birds around.

Day 7-10: Zanzibar Pool Bar - Africa Luxury Safari
It’s time for your beach vacation. You will take a ride with others to get to Kogatende Airstrip and then fly to Zanzibar’s international airport. The flight will take about 4 hours and 55 minutes.
You can also take a shared road transfer to the amazing Baraza Resort & Spa. This resort on the east coast has really nice lounges, restaurants, and three swimming pools. One pool is made just for kids. It’s the perfect place to relax after going on a safari.
While you are here, you will have a place to stay with two bedrooms, a private outdoor area, and your own small pool where you can soak and see the garden. Baraza has many water activities, land activities, a culturally interesting Swahili experience, and lots of things for kids to do in the resort’s kids club. and, of course, you can spend as much time as you want at the beach.

On the 11th day, you will share a ride on the road to the airport in Zanzibar. This will get you there in time for your flight home.
