Kenya Masai Mara Safari Highlights

Day 1,2: Amboseli National Park - Kenya Masai Mara Safari

Get up early and go to Amboseli National Park by driving. Come to your accommodation and have something to eat. Afterwards, enjoy yourself by taking a drive in the afternoon to see animals.

Amboseli National Park is found right below Nairobi. The park mostly has a dry, old lake bed and delicate grassland with a few areas of acacia trees. In the southern part, there are a few little hills that are made from volcanoes and are covered in rocks. In Kenya, there are many plants like yellow barked acacias and phoenix palms in the areas near the swamps called Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok. These plants are very green and have lots of leaves. You will eat dinner and sleep at the campsite or lodge.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park - Kenya Masai Mara Safari

Eat a good breakfast and then take a ride to Lake Nakuru National Park in the morning. Lake Nakuru is well-known for the birds called flamingoes and is thought to be one of the most amazing natural places on Earth. Now it is a safe place for rhinos. There are more than 40 black rhinos and more than 60 white rhinos. But, the flamingoes have always been the main attraction of the lake. Sometimes, there can be almost 2 million flamingoes living in the area which makes a beautiful deep pink line along the lakeshore. Please arrive on time for lunch and later we can go for a drive to see some animals.

Day 4: Masai Mara National Park - Kenya Masai Mara Safari

Leave early in the morning to go to Masai Mara National Reserve. It remains one of the few places on earth where wildlife can still live without much disturbance, in the same numbers as they used to in the plains and forests of Africa. The Mara is at the top of the big Serengeti area and is where thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and predators travel to during certain times of the year. The 7-Day Roaring Kenya trip starts with arriving in time for lunch and then going on an afternoon game drive. You will have dinner and spend the night at either the campsite or the lodge.

Day 5,6: Masai Mara National Park - Kenya Masai Mara Safari

After we have breakfast, we will spend the whole day going for drives and playing games. We will also get a lunch to eat while we’re driving. The reserve is well-known for its lions with black fur around their necks, and it is also known for being home to many animals that live there all the time. This is one of the only places where you can see the Big Five during a morning wildlife safari. Many cheetahs are very friendly and will go under someone’s vehicle to hide from the hot sun.

Some people even go on the roof to get a better view of animals they could hunt. In the 7-Day Roaring Kenya tour, people who love birds can see almost 500 different kinds of birds. There are 16 types of eagles, hawks, and falcons. There are also 6 types of vultures, 8 types of storks, 4 types of bustards (including the kori bustard, which is the heaviest flying bird in the world), and 9 types of sunbirds. You will eat dinner and sleep at either the camping area or the hotel for one night.

Day 7: Masai Mara National Park - Kenya Masai Mara Safari

Have fun going on a safari ride in the morning at the Mara. In the afternoon, you will be taken to Nairobi and will arrive at around 5:00 pm. Your lunch is on its way. From here you will board a plane Back
