Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Gorilla Hiking Rwanda

Upon landing at Kigali International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you outside the customs and immigration hall. You’ll be transferred to Kigali Serena Hotel, known for its serene hilltop location. Dinner and an overnight stay await in this clean, orderly, and hospitable African city.

Day 2: Kigali City Tour and Musanze – Gorilla Hiking Rwanda

Following breakfast, check-out and receive a tour briefing. Explore Kigali in the morning, visiting The Kigali Genocide Memorial Center, Inema Arts Center, and Inzuki Designs. Enjoy lunch at Khana Kazana Restaurant or Heaven Restaurant. A poignant highlight is the Kigali Genocide Memorial, where 250,000 victims rest, offering insights into Rwanda’s history and efforts to heal. After lunch, embark on a leisurely drive to Musanze. Check in at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel or Mountain Gorillas View Lodge, then enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Musanze – Volcano National Park (Gorilla Trekking)

Start your day with an early hotel breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a Gorilla Trek briefing. The guided walk begins at 08:00 AM, where you’ll experience the wonders of Volcanoes National Park, home to rare mountain gorillas. Spend an hour with these peaceful giants, witnessing their daily activities. Return to the lodge for lunch and optional activities like a boat ride on Lake Ruhondo or the Diane Fossey Tomb hike. Dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Volcano National Park (Golden Monkey Trek) 

Another early breakfast precedes a briefing at the park headquarters for your guided Golden Monkey Trek. Trekking to see these unique monkeys is another park highlight. In the afternoon, experience Rwandan culture with a visit to Ibyiwacu Village, offering insights into rural life and sustainable tourism.

Day 5: Departure – Gorilla Hiking Rwanda

Awaken early for your departure. After checking out, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your outbound flight, concluding your remarkable Rwanda tour. Wishing you an excellent safari!
