Kenya Safari Tour Highlights

Kenya Safari Tour

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli - Kenya Safari Tour

We will start our journey in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park. Come to the place where you are staying and sign in. After that, have your lunch. In the afternoon, we go have a trip to watch and learn about animals where they live. Amboseli National Park is found just south of Nairobi. The park is mostly a dry, old lake bed with some areas of grassland and acacia trees. In the south of the park, there are a couple of small hills made by volcanoes which are made of rocks. The places called Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai, and Enkongo Narok have many plants, such as acacia trees with yellow bark and phoenix palms.

Day 2: Amboseli National park - Kenya Safari Tour

Wake up early to see Mount Kilimanjaro before it gets cloudy. You will be given lunch to take with you. After breakfast, you can choose to visit a Masai village if you’d like. When you visit, you will see that singing and dancing are important parts of their everyday lives and special religious ceremonies. Taking a quick look at their houses and how they live and interact with each other can be a touching experience. Amboseli National Park is a great place in Africa to see elephants up close, even though the environment there is always changing. With fewer poachers bothering them, elephants will be able to eat and wash in the marshes, which will be the best parts of a safari.

Day 3: Amboseli/Lake Naivasha - Kenya Safari Tour

Going to Lake Naivasha in the morning is a great idea because it is the tallest and most gorgeous lake in the Rif Valley. The lake is at a height of approximately 6200 feet, which is equal to about 1910 meters above the sea level. The water in the lake is clear, so you can easily see through it. There are also lots of tall plants called papyrus growing on the sides of the lake. Long ago, the Egyptians in ancient times created paper by using a plant called papyrus.

A lot of people really like going to Naivasha to watch birds. There have been sightings of over 400 different kinds of birds in that place. Many people from Nairobi like to go to this place during the weekends. People come to this place to have a good time doing things on the water, like sailing, water skiing, and fishing. There are no crocodiles in the lake because the water is too cold for them. There are no crocodiles in the lake because the water is too cold for them. Crocodiles cannot survive in the lake because the water is too cold for them. This is because the lake is in a tall place. But, there are a lot of hippos. Next to the lake, there are fields with plants that make grapes for the whole country.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha/Mara - Kenya Safari Tour

Start your journey to Maasai Mara National Reserve early in the morning. Arrive at the place before midday and later go on a safari. Mara is a special place on earth where animals live without being bothered much. It has the same number of animals that were once found in the grasslands and forests of Africa. This place is at the very top of the Serengeti where loads of wildebeest, zebras, and hunters move around at different times of the year.

Day 5: Masai Mara - Kenya Safari Tour

After we eat breakfast, we will go on a long drive to see animals and play games all day. We will bring lunch with us to eat. The reserve is famous for its black-maned lion. There are also many other animals that live there. It is one of the few places where you can see the Big Five on a morning game drive.

In Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and Maasai Mara, there are many different kinds of birds. For people who love birds, there are almost 500 different species that have been seen there. Some of these include 16 types of eagles, as well as hawks and falcons. There are also 6 types of vultures, 8 types of storks, and 4 types of bustards (including the Kori bustard, which is the heaviest bird that can fly). There are also 9 types of sunbirds.

Day 6: Mara/Nairobi - Kenya Safari Tour

Drive through the Mara in the morning, then go to Nairobi in the afternoon and arrive around 5 pm. Having lunch while traveling.
