You will continue your journey with lunch in Kasese and will arrive there shortly. It takes you more than 8 hours to get to the stop. You will receive an invitation at the entrance to the stop and will be guided to the stop where, as here, you can have dinner and stay the night.

Day 2: Safari Tour in Uganda - Chimpanzee Trekking

After waking up very early and drinking a cup of coffee, you will be briefed by trained officials. Your driver will pick you up and take you back to base with a packed lunch. At this point, you can get to the bus stop and start walking. Once there, you’ll have plenty of time to interact and have fun with the chimpanzees. You can have lunch and take a short ride to the National Elizabethan Ruler stop where you can find yourself.

Day 3: Visit Some Crater Lakes in Lake Katwe

Get up very early in the morning, drink some tea, and then wait for your driver to pick you up so you can visit the whole lake.
On the Mweya Peninsula, Lake Katwe is situated at the most prominent location of the Ruler Elizabeth National Stop. It is Uganda’s largest Hole Lake and a major source of salt. There is a 3,265-foot depth to it, but it is too salty for any oceanic life to survive. Close to the primate cliff, you can see elephants, buffaloes, and flamingos. You can rest at Lake Katwe on your way to the Ruler Elizabeth National Stop. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Rift Valley, Lakes George and Edward, the Kazinga Canal and the Rwenzori Mountains.

Your climbing experience will progress through Katwe’s blast craters. On your way to the best land, you will pass teahouses, towns and other hollow lakes. You probably won’t forget Lake Kitagata, which is surrounded by salty hot spring water and offers unobstructed views of Kyemango Alley. Then you can return to the stop for dinner and overnight at the Mweya safari stop.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Transfer Back to Entebbe

Your guide will pick you up for a morning game right after you finish your morning tea. Any animals you may have missed before will show up at this point. You will then depart for Kampala to prepare for your flight back to your destination. Once you’ve reached your final destination, head to the airport to wait for your return flight. starting from a rainforest that was once wild and jungle-like.
