Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elisabeth National Park For Great adventure safaris

Depart Kampala and avoid the traffic as you embark on a Queen Elizabeth National Park safari. Grab a cup of coffee and take photos near the equator. Continue through farming villages to lush green tea plantations in lush green belts before arriving at cliffs with majestic and endless views of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You can have lunch on the way or at the lodge, depending on the time. Check into the lodge and spend the late afternoon exploring the village and enjoying the views from the lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

You’ll start your day with a morning game drive where you’ll see a variety of creatures, including elephants, buffalo, big cats, lions, leopards, and warthogs, one of the park’s Big Five species. Flamingos live in the salt lakes of Kasani, while storks can be found in abundance in the marshes. Prepare for the iconic highlight of his 2-hour voyage on the renowned Kazinga Canal, which connects Lake George and Lake Edward, after lunch. The historic canal is 36 kilometers long. The refuge is known for its yawning hippos, killing machines from National Geographic, crocodiles lazing along the banks of the Nile, and warthogs, Savannah’s equivalent of pigs. After dinner and before retiring for the night, return to the lodge.

Day 3: Chimp Trekking to Kalinzu and Transfer back to Entebbe

This morning we will walk with chimpanzees in the Kalinzu Forest. Go for a walk in the forest and enjoy an encounter with chimpanzees. After the hike, return to Kampala, stopping along the way for lunch at Masaka and the equator. After completing your safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, head back to Kampala.
