Adventure Kenya Safari Highlights

Adventure Kenya Safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru - Adventure Kenya Safari

You will be picked up early in the morning and taken to Lake Nakuru National Park by car. Lake Nakuru is found towards the southern part of Bogoria in the Rift Valley on the other side of the equator. It is well-known around the world for its flamingoes, and the water is alkaline. It is also called one of the incredible natural marvels of the Earth. Lake Nakuru is a protected area where rhinos are kept safe. There are more than 40 black rhinos and more than 60 white rhinos. The flamingos have always been the most well-liked thing to see at the lake. Sometimes, there can be almost 2 million flamingos living there, making a very pretty, dark pink line on the side of the lake. You will arrive on time to have lunch and then enjoy a game drive later in the day.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara National Park - Adventure Kenya Safari

You should wake up early if you want to drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. This place is special because animals can live there without being bothered, just like they could in Africa before. The Mara is located on a large area called Serengeti, and it is where many animals live, such as wildebeest and zebras. These animals go to different places during different times of the year, and other animals follow them because they want to eat them. You will have lunch on time and then go for a drive to see animals in the afternoon.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Adventure Kenya Safari

After we have our morning meal, we will spend the whole day playing games as we go for a drive. We will also bring some food to eat. The reserve is well known for its lions that have black fur around their necks, and there are many other animals that live there as well. This is one of the few places where you can see the Big Five animals during a safari in the morning. Many cheetahs are peaceful and kind. They enjoy hiding under a person’s car to protect themselves from the hot sun. Some of them even climb on the roof to have a better view of their potential prey.

The Mara is a special place where many wildebeest, zebras, and predators come together and travel as a large group during specific times of the year.

For people who enjoy birds, there are about 500 different kinds of birds. This group has 16 kinds of eagles, lots of hawks and falcons, 6 types of vultures, 8 types of storks, 4 types of bustards (including the kori bustard, which is the heaviest bird that can fly), and 9 types of sunbirds.

Day 4: Transfer from Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi - Adventure Kenya Safari

Take a morning trip to see animals in Mara and then leave for Nairobi later in the morning. You will arrive at approximately 5:00 pm. Food will be given for lunch.
