Gorilla permits are limited and tied to a specific date and habituated family in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We secure official permits through the Uganda Wildlife Authority as part of your confirmed itinerary. The minimum age for a gorilla permit is 15 years; we will explain the trekking conditions and preparation before you travel.
For a longer forest encounter, we can also discuss the Gorilla Habituation Experience where available. Because permits are date-specific, sharing your travel window early gives us the best chance of securing your preferred trekking date.
