10-Day Affordable Kenya & Tanzania Wildlife Adventure

After breakfast in Nairobi, your driver-guide will brief you on the safari before departure. You’ll drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley, stopping at viewpoints for photography. Continue to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s crown jewel for wildlife safaris. On arrival, enjoy a hot lunch before heading out for your first thrilling evening game drive. Today is dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara in depth. After an early breakfast, you’ll set out with packed lunches for a full-day game drive across the expansive savannah. The Mara is home to the “Big Five” lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino as well as large populations of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes. Depending on the season, you may witness parts of the Great Migration. A stop by the Mara River offers the chance to see hippos and crocodiles. Return in the evening to your camp for a warm dinner, relaxation by the bonfire, and overnight.

After a morning game drive and breakfast, you’ll depart the Mara for Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake famous for its birdlife and hippo pods.
