Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your Nairobi hotel. Settle in and unwind after your journey. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel or a recommended local restaurant, sampling Kenya’s vibrant culinary scene.
After breakfast, depart Nairobi and drive north via the equator to Samburu National Reserve, known for its distinct semi-arid ecosystem. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the reserve, spotting species unique to the north such as the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, and Somali ostrich.
This morning, experience a guided camel trek led by local Samburu warriors, offering a close connection to nature and local culture. Return to the lodge for lunch. The afternoon is ideal for a photography-focused game drive or a relaxed session at the lodge enjoying panoramic views.
After breakfast, depart Samburu and drive to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia. En route, you may briefly stop at the equator crossing point. Arrive in time for lunch followed by a game drive in the conservancy, famous for its rhino sanctuary and chimpanzee refuge. A night game drive is available at an extra cost.
After a morning game drive or breakfast overlooking Mount Kenya, depart Ol Pejeta and descend into the scenic Rift Valley. Arrive at Lake Naivasha Resort in the afternoon. Spend the rest of the day at leisure—relax by the lakeside, enjoy a sundowner, or take a short nature walk to admire the area's birdlife and resident wildlife.
This morning, opt for a serene boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos and fish eagles. Afterward, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its flocks of flamingos and rhino sanctuary. Check into Punda Milia Nakuru Lodge and later enjoy a game drive with opportunities to see Rothschild’s giraffe and elusive leopards.
After a morning at leisure, depart Lake Nakuru and travel back to Nairobi. Check into Argyle Grand Hotel, where you can unwind and reflect on your safari. If time allows, visit the Karen Blixen Museum or local artisan markets. Dinner is at your own arrangement or can be included on request.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight.
